Shincha Harvest (2025)

I probably wrote something similar last year… but during the busiest season, I hardly get a chance to even touch my PC (sweat).

This year as well, we successfully completed the shincha (new tea) harvest!
With so many changes in our environment, it felt like entering the season was a brand-new challenge, and through it I truly felt growth — both physically and mentally.

I think I managed to find a good balance between relying on steady habits, seeking fresh inspiration, doing the small tasks right in front of me, and keeping a forward-looking vision for the future.

As for this year’s tea, the climate seems to have given it an extra sense of refreshing clarity. Perhaps the aroma has become even stronger? (That’s how it feels!) Bit by bit, we’ll begin turning these leaves into products — including a small quantity from our completely natural cultivation fields.

Here’s to 2025!
