Now it’s May, and it’s busy season so I can hardly touch my computer (sweat)
But in the meantime, I took a quick trip to Tokyo for a wedding!!!

It was my daughter’s first flight!! She was super excited to see a big, real airplane.
Just seeing her enjoying herself was comforting.
Now, it was early May.

Although it is a small tea plantation among Kyoto Soen’s tea fields, it takes advantage of its location as a field that is completely isolated from the surrounding area to cultivate tea that is completely natural, without any disinfection, pesticides, or fertilizers.

This is tea for our own use and for our precious daughter to drink. We were finally able to harvest it in 2024!

We’re still in the process of changing the shape of the tea garden and sorting the fields, so the yield is still small, but it looks like it will be enough tea for our family for a year♪
It’s the peak of May. There’s a lot to do and we’re having fun.
