Development with Yakiniku Doraku

Beer!!! 🙂

That joke made us wonder if we could somehow use our “real Kyoto tea” from our tea garden with a yakiniku restaurant?

And that’s how we came up with the product.

Enjoy tea. Enjoy it with yakiniku. We were searching for a new way to enjoy it.

And originally it was a tea that was relaxing and soothing.

Initially it was Hojicha.

By adding carbonation to give this warm and soothing “Hojicha” a sharp taste, it evolved into a tea that can be enjoyed with grilled meat.

Through trial and error, I came across the bottom of the photo…

That’s right. Maybe I should try making Sencha in the same way? ? It was a fun time trying all sorts of different things♪

After many twists and turns, a concentrated syrup for socializing tea was born, which will continue to evolve.

Will the product turn out to be something like this.
